Donald Trump Criticizes President Obama Over Baltimore Riots | Says He Doesn’t Have Positive Impact on “Thugs”

Donald Trump resumes his controversial social commentary, and he is criticizing US President Barack Obama yet again.
Here is what he said about Obama, in relation to the Baltimore riots:


Our great African American President hasn’t exactly had a positive impact on the thugs who are so happily and openly destroying Baltimore!
